团队简介
Team Introduction
智能感知与集成电路安全技术实验室,依托天津市图像与感知微电子重点实验室、天津市红外成像技术工程中心等,重点开展智能传感处理电路与系统、芯片安全检测与对抗等技术研究。
研究团队中教师4人,工程师4人,博士生13人,硕士生29人。发表论文160余篇,获授权发明专利56项,集成电路布局保护11项,软件著作权3项。先后承担国家重大专项、863、重点研发计划、国家基金、军科委、装发和企业委托项目40余项。近五年项目总经费2000余万元。
本团队研究方向包括智能传感芯片设计、红外探测处理芯片设计、激光雷达电路与系统、集成电路安全技术以及先进封装技术,面向智能传感、红外探测、芯片安全等多应用领域开展研究。
