团队简介
Team Introduction
本团队研究工作始终聚焦于国家重大战略需求,从基础前沿、共性瓶颈的角度出发,对“焊接母材/焊材-先进工艺/组织性能-焊接结构评价/延寿” 展开全过程研究,构成天津大学焊接学科特色、优势研究方向,处于国内外领先水平,具有较高影响力与权威性。团队现有固定人员17人,含教授7人(其中崔雷,杨振文,韩英入选国家级青年人才,邸新杰在中国焊接学会担任重要职务,邓彩艳为天津大学英才教授,王颖,程方杰分别在学院,系所内担任重要职务),拥有超3000平方米的实验室面积,独享试验仪器设备总值6000万元。共含有五大研究方向:焊接结构疲劳与断裂、焊接冶金理论与高效焊材、焊接工艺与智能化、新材料及异种金属连接以及摩擦焊固相连接方向。课题组每年招收研究生约30余人(含导师团2人),欢迎有志于加入本课题组的同学尽早联系报名。
近年来,团队针对我国海洋油气开发、航空航天、港珠澳大桥、中俄输油长输管线等国家重大工程项目开展研究工作,与中国海洋石油总公司、航天科技集团、航空工业集团、中国石油天然气总公司、国家管网、中车集团、三一重工、宝钢集团、鞍钢集团、中核建设公司等单位保持长期良好的合作关系,收获各领域单位广泛认可,取得丰硕成绩。2010~2024年期间,与100余家国内企业合作,完成150余项科研课题。相关研究成果获得了2020年天津市科学进步一等奖,2024年天津市科学进步二等奖,2024年铁道科技二等奖,2020年天津市自然科学二等奖。
团队同样重视基础科研研究,近年来获批有海洋局核心部件与材料测试评价服务平台建设项目(单项8000万),国自然联合重点基金项目(2项),天津市重大专项(2项),参与国家重点研发计划项目(6项),另外还有10余项国自然面上项目以及军工项目。仅2024年团队就发表了SCI论文共50余篇,其中包括Journal of the European Ceramic Society,Welding Journal,Journal of alloys and compounds,Journal of Materials Processing Technology等高水平杂志。基于上述优良的试验条件和杰出的试验成果,团队基本上每年都有同学或老师获评国奖奖学金,优秀指导教师等各种奖励。
课题组每年会组织形式多样的活动来丰富同学们的课余生活,让同学们科研生活两不耽误。组内毕业的同学,除了选择留在组内读博外,大多推荐前往中核集团,航天科技,航天科工,中船,中海油,国家管网等国家重点企业工作,另外每年也有不少同学选择前往腾讯,华为,京东等高科技公司入职。
面向国家重大战略需求和国民经济主战场,结合国际焊接学科前沿发展动态,利用我校焊接学科的传统优势和领先地位,所承担科研项目主要为:解决海洋工程、航空航天、高速轨道交通、核电等高端制造领域重大装备的焊接技术难题。预期在新型及异种材料焊接、先进摩擦焊接技术、焊接结构等方向,培养研究生、产出具有一定影响力的研究成果。另一方面与金属材料、工程力学、机械工程等学科交叉,跨学院跨学科组建科研大团队,在新一代焊接结构疲劳延寿理论与技术、极端环境下服役结构完整性评价。承担科研项目包括:国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、海洋经济示范、企业合作等。
