1、电能细胞,半导体合成生物学、光电遗传学,及其在化工生产、能源与环境中的产业化应用
团队针对我国能源、环境、医药化工品合成等领域的重大战略需求,围绕电能细胞“电能-化学能”双向转化核心瓶颈,解析电能细胞跨膜电子传递机制,阐明还原力、能量-物质代谢的协同互作机理,提出高效产电与噬电人工电能细胞的设计原理,构建高效产电、电驱动高附加值化学品定向合成的人工细胞工厂,加速电能细胞工厂在化学品与医药品生产、能源与环境中的产业化应用进程。
2、生物制药
团队重点关注生物制药问题,以合成生物学、代谢工程的理论和方法,设计构建微生物细胞工厂进行药物的高效生物合成,及酶催化不对称药物的生物转化。聚焦产品:维生素、甜味剂、甾体药物、糖尿病治疗药物、抗菌抗病毒药物、单克隆抗体等医药品和营养品,及其产业化放大和生产。
团队承担科技部“合成生物学”重点研发专项、重大863项目、973子课题、国家基金委、国家海洋局、以及多项大型制药公司项目10多项,累计主持承担科研经费共计8500多万元。其中,代表性项目包括:
