团队简介
Team Introduction
团队长期从事新材料及异种材料连接与评价方面的研究,在陶瓷与金属等异种材料连接新工艺、焊接结构性能评价与延寿等方面积累了丰富的经验。
团队负责人王颖为天津大学教授/博导,现任天津大学材料科学与工程学院副院长、材料科学与工程国家级实验教学示范中心(天津大学)主任、材料复合与功能化教育部工程研究中心主任。长期从事新材料及异种材料连接与评价方面的研究,在陶瓷与金属等异种材料连接新工艺、结构性能评价与延寿、电子封装等方面积累了丰富的经验。主持国家自然科学基金4项、军民融合重大专项以及多项军工项目,发表SCI论文70余篇。获国家级教学成果二等奖、天津市教学成果特等奖、天津市自然科学二等奖,天津市工程专业学位优秀指导教师、天津大学“我心目中的十佳好导师”等称号。
