团队简介
Team Introduction
团队依托天津大学电气自动化与信息工程学院、通信与信息系统国家重点学科、天津市智能多媒体信息系统国际联合研究中心,主要从事智能视频编码、计算机视觉、视频图像处理、3D视觉、光场3D显示、深度学习、宽带无线通信相关研究。近年来承担了国家杰出青年科学基金、国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家863计划项目、天津市杰出青年科学基金、天津市人工智能重大专项课题等多项国家级省部级项目,获得了多项省部级科技奖励,包括天津市科技进步一等奖,获奖项目名称:超高清智能终端视频处理与交互关键技术及应用。
雷建军,讲席教授,博士生导师/硕士生导师,科学技术发展研究院副院长。2007年毕业于北京邮电大学,获信号与信息处理专业博士学位。现工作于天津大学电气自动化与信息工程学院信息与通信工程学科。2012年8月至2013年8月,在美国华盛顿大学做访问学者。在国内外学术期刊及会议上发表SCI/EI论文100余篇,包括IEEE Trans论文50余篇;作为负责人及主要参加人参加了国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、国家863计划、“新一代宽带无线移动通信网”国家科技重大专项、国家国际科技合作项目、天津市自然科学基金、天津市人工智能重大专项等多项科研项目;获国家杰出青年科学基金(国家杰青)、优秀青年科学基金(优青)、天津市杰出青年科学基金(天津市杰青)、天津市科技进步一等奖(排名第1)、天津市技术发明一等奖(排名第2)、天津市优秀硕士论文指导教师、天津市工程专业学位优秀指导教师,入选了天津市中青年科技创新领军人才、天津市131人才工程、北洋学者计划。

潘兆庆,英才教授,博士生导师/硕士生导师。2014年毕业于香港城市大学,获计算机科学哲学博士学位。现工作于天津大学电气自动化与信息工程学院。2013年6月至2013年11月,在美国华盛顿大学做访问学者。在国外学术期刊及会议上发表SCI/EI论文40余篇,包括IEEE/ACM Transactions论文近20篇;主持国家自然科学基金面上/青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金面上/青年项目、河北省自然科学基金等多项科研项目;获国家基金优秀青年科学基金(优青)、教育部自然科学二等奖(排名第2)、江苏省科学技术奖一等奖(排名5);入选了江苏省六大人才高峰高层次人才计划、北洋学者计划。

沈丽丽,副教授,硕士生导师。天津大学信息与通信工程专业博士毕业,现工作于天津大学电气自动化与信息工程学院。2010年12月至2013年12 月 在国家海洋技术中心做博士后,2013年12月至2014年12月,在加拿大约克大学做访问学者。在国内外学术期刊及会议上发表SCI/EI论文30余篇;作为负责人及主要参加人参加了国家自然科学基金、国家863计划、国家科技重大专项等多项科研项目;获天津市技术发明一等奖,指导硕士获得天津市工程专业学位研究生优秀论文等。

彭勃,副教授,硕士生导师。2020年毕业于天津大学,获信息与通信工程专业博士学位,现工作于天津大学电气自动化与信息工程学院。2019年3月至2020年4月在新加坡国立大学做联合培养博士生。在国内外学术期刊及会议发表SCI/EI论文40余篇,包括IEEE Trans汇刊长文20篇;作为负责人及主要参加人参加了国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、天津市自然科学基金、天津市人工智能重大专项等多项科研项目等;获天津市科技进步一等奖(排名第10)、天津市优秀博士学位论文等。
